Make sure that you have created the attributes as Global attributes. Global attributes means the attributes created from the path: Products -> Attributes -> Add new, not from inside the product page back-end.

Our plugin can only access global attributes. So you need to create it as the same way mentioned above. Once you done this the attributes will show in the conditional logic area.
